Dr Timothy Skinner PhD MTEM Ba (Hons) 
Dr Timothy Skinner is one of the Co-founders, and is Chair of the Board of Decision Support Analytics. He is a Health Psychologist. Tim is currently Professor of Behavioural Medicine at Copenhagen University

Tim’s research focuses on behaviour change. He is one of the designers of the DESMOND diabetes self-management program and the App emojifit Diabetes.

Tim uses his statistical methods expertise to design and validate survey tools which have been used by a range of businesses for their research. He specialises in methods to measure and assess behaviour change across a broad range of social and individual change areas including:    
  • Business cultures
  • Bush fire preparedness
  • Chronic illness
  • Customer interaction
Tim loves to challenge himself with learning new things. He is learning to play classical guitar and sail.

Prof Timothy Skinner
Dr Isabelle Skinner PhD SEMBA MPH&TM Grad Dip Prof Comm (Multimedia) RN RM
Isabelle is the Managing Director of DSA and Co-founder. She is an experienced business leader and manager in the health and higher education sectors, with expertise in leading innovation across health systems. Isabelle specialises in mixed methods research and evaluation to address complex health and social problems such as:
  • Establishing and evaluating digital health and telehealth systems and services
  • Identifying and addressing barriers to the uptake of digital innovations
  • Auditing health services and systems
  • Evaluating social services and health care programs

Isabelle has served on multiple Boards in the education, health and not-for-profit sectors: for example, the Pilbara TAFE, CRANAplus, Girl Guides Australia. She has led the development of a range of award winning multimedia projects. Isabelle is  a Professorial Fellow of the Northern Institute at Charles Darwin University, an Honorary Professor at University of Tasmania and Senior Research Fellow at James Cook University.  Isabelle is the Editor of the facebook page emojifit Diabetes.

MR Lindsay Ellis BCom

Mr Lindsay Ellis is the Finance Manager at Decision Support Analytics. Lindsay holds a Bachelor of Commerce, double majoring in Accounting and Finance and a Masters in Sustainability from HEC in Paris and a masters in Finance from Bergen University, Norway. He has worked for the financial services business PricewaterhouseCooper. Lindsay has financial assurance experience with both multinational companies and small private entities; his policy experience is in the areas of audit and financial reporting. Currently living in New Zealand, Lindsay adds an international perspective to our business. 

Lindsay loves cross country skiing and hiking and since moving to Europe has found his legs with the Bergen 7 Mountains race and the Bergen Marathon, the Midnight Sun Marathon and the EcoTrail de Paris. Follow Lindz on Instagram.

Ms Jennifer Beamish
Ms Jennifer Beamish is the Administration Manager at Decision Support Analytics. Jennifer has worked in various administration roles at the University of Tasmania. She has operated a joinery and construction company in partnership, been a teacher, and had her own fashion business. Jennifer has been involved in community research studies to identify the impact of health related travel from rural areas in Australia and collected data as part of the team for bushfire research.

Jennifer works within several organisations in her community and serves on a not-for-profit advisory committee for the local health care centre.  

Jennifer lives on a farm in the picturesque north west of Tasmania where together with her husband, grows cereal crops and raises beef cattle. She is an active bushwalker enjoying the beautiful Tasmanian landscape.

Ms Harriet Lenigas JD BMus
Harriet is a Non-Executive Director on the Board of Decision Support Analytics. She is a Senior Associate in the disputes team in Ashurst’s Sydney office. Harriet's experience includes acting for clients in the energy and resources, corporate and financial services industries.

Harriet has advised and acted for clients in a range of disputes including contractual claims, class actions, shareholder disputes, Corporations Act litigation and misleading or deceptive conduct claims. This experience spans litigation in the Supreme Court of New South Wales, the Federal Court of Australia, the High Court of Australia as well as domestic and international arbitrations.

Harriet is a cellist with an international career before taking up the legal profession.
